Google Ads Trainer

AdOutreach is looking for a Google Ads Trainer to join the Client Success team! The Google Ads Trainers will quickly assimilate to AdOutreach culture and our proven program of Youtube marketing in order to provide industry-best coaching to our clients.​

The Google Ads Trainer works collaboratively on a team to onboard, set expectations, and retain clients through one-on-one and group calls with clients. The Google Ads Trainer work with clients at a high level and must be experienced in Google Ads in order to qualify for the position. Most importantly, our Ads Trainers ensure that our clients get the maximum benefit from our program and continue to use it long-term.

Video Copywriting Coach

Are you a copywriting boss?! Is being able to consult, coach, AND write copy on the fly a superpower that you possess?

AdOutreach is seeking a full-time Video Copywriter Coach to work with our clients on one-hour video calls where you walk them through the process of creating compelling video ads. 

For each of AdOutreach’s clients, the Video Copywriting Coach will be reviewing video scripts, preparing notes, and leading a one-hour call where you will work alongside the client, asking questions, making suggestions, and adjusting copy to achieve their advertising goals. The ideal candidate will ensure each client leaves the coaching call feeling confident that their ad will reach their targeted demographic and generate traffic.

Client Experience Coordinator

AdOutreach is looking to hire a full-time Client Experience Coordinator to contribute to the continued success of our company by supporting our clients throughout their time in our program. The Client Experience Coordinator will work directly with the Client Success team to ensure that we are providing our clients with an exceptional, high-engagement experience.

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that clients are properly supported by guiding them to appropriate trainings, coaching calls, and events so they remain on track with the program milestones as well as their marketing and business goals. The Client Experience Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and increasing client satisfaction and retention throughout our programs.

Marketing Director

AdOutreach is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to work in-house in our Austin office location. You will be responsible for managing the Marketing Team which includes in-house media buyers, funnel builders, content coordinators, video editors, and an external email team. 

On a typical day, the director of marketing will work with our team of collaborative, high-performing individuals to push the envelope and help drive new business to AdOutreach. The ideal candidate will expertly utilize the team to drive the results we need in each area to hit our KPIs. Previous experience and a strong background in the coaching, consulting, and course creation space are preferred. Expert knowledge of funnels, webinars, paid advertising, and strong leadership skills will be required.

Media Buyer

Do you geek-out on watching ad campaigns? Is analyzing performance and looking for the best ways to optimize Google, Facebook, or YouTube ads your idea of a good time?

AdOutreach is seeking a full-time Media Buyer to contribute to the continued success of our company by supporting the company through hands-on testing, monitoring, and analyzing of ad campaigns. The Media Buyer will work directly with the CEO and Media Buying team to ensure that data-based decisions are made quickly to hit the company’s targets.

On a typical day, the Media Buyer will start the day working with the CEO to identify the weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Throughout the day, this candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily KPI’s, analyzing the data as it comes in and making adjustments to campaigns in real-time, testing new campaigns to garner additional data, and working with the Marketing & Sales Teams to assess the qualitative and quantitative nature of the leads from each campaign.

Operations Coordinator

AdOutreach is looking for a driven, highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and improve upon AdOutreach’s daily operations and work with our Director of Operations to develop new internal systems that will support our fast-growing business. The Operations Coordinator will also work with the Sales and Client Success teams to support the key operational needs of each department.

On a typical day, the Operations Coordinator will perform various administrative duties including but not limited to processing accounts receivables and recording transactions accordingly, sending invoices and contracts in a timely manner, as well as managing and updating data sheets for several functional areas of the company. The Operations Coordinator’s mission is to promote operational efficiency in each department while executing operational tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. If you are a detail-oriented, driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you.

Internal Recruiter

Are you a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a growth-focused environment? Do you want to play a crucial role in driving growth and success on a team that’s changing the online world for business owners?

AdOutreach is rapidly scaling and needs the consistent support of an Internal Recruiter to support our growing team. The Internal Recruiter will stay aware of business and hiring needs by working closely with the Operations Manager and department heads. The Internal Recruiter will oversee all candidate sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing efforts and collaborate with the Operations team to onboard new hires.

From day one, you will be tasked with knowing each team in the business and how they function. You will need to assimilate quickly and model our high standards, high service culture. By utilizing resources and collaborating with team members you will implement your understanding of the industry to maintain an evergreen pipeline of candidates to support the hiring demands of a robust digital marketing agency. By staying in tune with industry trends, you will understand where to source and how to qualify A-players in our space. Knowledge of internet marketing and online businesses will definitely be an advantage in this market.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment including, headhunting, writing job descriptions, developing interview processes, and candidate engagement.

This is an autonomous role so we’re looking for someone who is eager and able to jump in on Day 1. The right candidate is one with extreme proactivity, vision, and ability to utilize the resources available to execute on that vision, and who cares deeply about serving our business well.
