AdOutreach is rapidly scaling and needs the consistent support of an Internal Recruiter to support our growing team. The Internal Recruiter will stay aware of business and hiring needs by working closely with the Operations Manager and department heads. The Internal Recruiter will oversee all candidate sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing efforts and collaborate with the Operations team to onboard new hires.
From day one, you will be tasked with knowing each team in the business and how they function. You will need to assimilate quickly and model our high standards, high service culture. By utilizing resources and collaborating with team members you will implement your understanding of the industry to maintain an evergreen pipeline of candidates to support the hiring demands of a robust digital marketing agency. By staying in tune with industry trends, you will understand where to source and how to qualify A-players in our space. Knowledge of internet marketing and online businesses will definitely be an advantage in this market.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment including, headhunting, writing job descriptions, developing interview processes, and candidate engagement.
This is an autonomous role so we’re looking for someone who is eager and able to jump in on Day 1. The right candidate is one with extreme proactivity, vision, and ability to utilize the resources available to execute on that vision, and who cares deeply about serving our business well.
